The School will be held in Lisbon at the Campus of Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), and the School hotels are nearby.

Registration will take place on Sunday 8, from 3 pm until 7, pm in the lobby of Pós-Graduação Building (#4 in the map). The School will take place in the Amphitheatre of the Complexo Building.

The IST area can be reached from the airport by taxi, costing about 2000 PTE (200 PTE = 1 Euro) and taking about 20 minutes. There is no subway line to the airport.

There is a Aero Bus shuttle service from the airport to downtown. You can leave at Saldanha and walk to the hotels (10 minutes walk to Holiday Inn and 15 minutes to A.S. Lisboa). Alternatively, you can leave the bus at the first stop at Entrecampos and take the subway to Alameda subway station, on the green line, but you have to change at Campo Grande subway station. Another possibility is to go until the bus terminal stop C. Sodré and take the subway directly to Alameda. The bus leaves every 20 minutes between 7am and 9pm from the international terminal at the Airport . Tickets can be bought from the driver (450 PTE), and are valid for any journey that day on the bus, tram and elevator network.

There is also the bus 22, which is quite convenient, since it leaves from the airport and has bus stops next to the IST and to the Hotel A.S. Lisboa.

IST area is well served by subway (Saldanha station in the yellow line or Alameda station in the red or green line): a 10-minute journey will be enough to reach the City Center (Rossio station in the green line or Baixa-Chiado station in the green or blue line). See here subway network map.

The A.S. Lisboa Hotel is next to the Alameda subway station, and the closest subway station to the Holiday Inn Hotel is Saldanha. The IST campus is between these two subway stations.
