New research position The Centre of Physics of Fundamental Interactions (CFIF) of Instituto Superior Técnico of the Technical University of Lisbon, has 1 opening for a Research Associate in the area of Hadronic Physics (theory). Candidates should have a high quality research record and at least 3 years of post-doctoral research experience in the field of particle physics with emphasis on the physics of hadrons. The candidate is expected to conduct independent research within the following research interests of the Hadronic, Nuclear and Particle Physics Group: hadron and particle phenomenology; chiral symmetry; QCD and quark gluon plasmas. The applicants should have a good knowledge of quantum field theory methods and techniques. The successful candidate will receive a salary in accordance with the university regulations for a senior researcher.
